Embodiment Through Writing, Ritual Sound Healing and Connecting with Nature
ROOTED & RADIANT: Spiritual Technologies for Modern Women
Welcome — we’re so glad you’re here.
Connecting with your creative inner energy is not an indulgence; it is an activation.
Join us on May 2 at the historic Telemec Mansion in Sonoma, California, for a day of heart-expanding transformation and embodied creativity devoted to deep restoration and the reclamation of your soul.
A Mini-Retreat with
Cynthia Gregory & Jnana Gowan
This immersive daylong retreat is designed for women who feel called to live and create with greater intention — seekers, creatives, and thought leaders who know they are here for something meaningful.
We are living in uncertain and rapidly shifting times. To lead, serve, and create from integrity you must be grounded in your body, clear in your intentions, and aligned to something deeper than the noise of the external world.
In community, you will engage sacred ritual, embrace earth-honoring traditions, journal with intention, offer profound sound healing, consciously engage with the natural world, and share spiritual technologies rooted in ancient wisdom adapted to support modern life.
Cynthia offers her expertise with expressive writing and intentional journaling. Her powerful tools of revelation will weave the ritual actions together. Through structured prompts and deep listening on the page, you’ll uncover the internal language that guides your next chapter. Writing becomes a portal that clarifies vision, names your inner truth, and brings wisdom into form.
Jnana guides experiential rituals and embodied practices that reconnect you to the vitality and intelligence of the natural world. Her grounded approach brings ancient wisdom into practical action.
Using thoughtfully chosen materials, you will craft a personal staff — a tangible declaration of your highest intentions and vision. Like the writing, the staff anchors intention into form. To make a declaration is an act of empowerment; it turns reflection into commitment and direction.
Through expressive and intentional writing practices and ritual you will uncover what is ready to be reclaimed and what is ready to be released. When we enter the creative field, on the page and processes, we access the soul. Through purposeful creation, we reach embodiment — the place where we meet our most authentic self.

About the Location:
The workshop will be held at Telemec Mansion, a historic home overlooking the Carquinez Strait, built in 1877 for sea captain Robert Brownlee and his wife, Sarah. During the long stretches when Captain Brownlee was away at sea, Sarah is said to have managed the estate largely on her own - tending the land, holding the household, and maintaining presence through seasons of absence and return. There is something quietly fitting about gathering here: a place shaped by devotion, endurance, and the strength required to stand steady amid changing tides. The mansion carries a sense of watchfulness and continuity, a reminder that courage is often practiced in stillness as much as in motion.
What to Bring:
a journal & pen
